Yoga Classes

This vinyasa style yoga uses the flow of poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.  Enjoy connecting your mind and body in a non-judgemental, non-competitive class for all levels of participants.  The maximum class size is 7.  Mats are provided.  See our class schedule for available times.

Metabolic Training

These classes are short and intense.  New research shows that short bursts of focused exercise with little rest burns a significant amount of  body fat and sculpts lean muscle.  The EPOC (Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption) of this type of workout is extremely high.  You will burn more calories after your workout than during it.  The metabolic effects of this type of workout are enormous!  These workouts are designed to accommodate a beginner as well as an advanced participant.  A maximum of 6 participants per class.  Please wear clean indoor only shoes.  See our class schedule for available times.
